We at TapeStockOnline.com want every customer to be happy with our service and products. You may return any item still in its original unopened packaging, for any reason, within 30 days, for a full refund (to the same credit card used for the purchase). If we have made a mistake in filling your order, we'll gladly cover the shipping charges to make it right.
Before returning something, please send an email to sales@tapestockonline.com and we'll email you a merchandise return authorization number and instructions.
