FLUID GIMBAL:
The gimbal handle can rotate and tilt in just about any direction and still give a sense of floating. It also provides smooth stabilization and easy turning. The fore and aft knob lock the camera into view shoot high or low.
QUICK RELEASE:
This mount allows you to quickly detach your camera to mount it directly on to a tripod if desired, or just to store your camera. The best part is once you balance the camera, you'll never have to balance it again! Simply release the camera for portability or quick handheld shots.
PEDESTAL BASE PLATE:
The Ultralite is a compact solution for field use for small cameras 2-7 pounds. The pedestal base can be used to set the unit down when not in use. This is ideal for panning or still shots positioned on any table top. The pedestal base allows continued shooting in between action shots without requiring an additional tripod.
No tools are required to assemble this new hand held stabilizer. Screw in the expandable post to the lower strut, and do the same with the counterweight. Attach the quick release plate to your camera and then lock it in to the top of the UltraLite stablizer and you're done.
