Notes for new customers:
- Our web site provides real-time shipping quotes based on your zip code and the shipping weight of your order. This quote is added to the order form (also in real-time) and this is what we charge for delivery. If you live in California the web site will add taxes. There are no exaggerated shipping charges or handling fees.
How much is shipping for your order? From your shopping cart, go to the checkout page, fill in your address information, choose a shipping method, and hit 'Continue' to see the total of your order, including tax (if applicable) and shipping.
You can use your browser's back button to select a different form of shipping and get a quote. After choosing a shipping method, you can enter your credit card info and proceed with your order.

- FedEx picks up packages every weekday at our warehouse and about 98% of express and ground orders placed before 4:00pm Pacific/7:00pm Eastern are shipped the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. If your order is time critical, please indicate what date you need your order by in the "Comments" box on the order form.
Occasionally, we may run out of a product. If that happens, we will notify you immediately so a work around can be arranged for time sensitive orders.
If your order is delivered to an APO or FBO address, shipping charges will be added at the standard USPS priority rate.
- Payment can be made using any major credit card, check, money order, government purchase order, or wire transfer.
Credit Cards
Once you have chosen a payment method, you are asked to enter a billing address. If you choose to pay by credit card the correct billing address must be included if the shipping address is a different location. Failure to include a correct billing address will cause a delay in the processing of your order. Once you place an order, a credit card authorization is attempted. Your card is charged and the order is filled based on the result of that authorization attempt. If there are any difficulties, you are immediately notified by phone and/or e-mail – usually, you guessed it, to ask for clarification of your billing address. Believe it or not, there are people out there that try to make fraudulent charges on other people’s credit cards. To help keep our prices low, we have fraud protection guidelines in addition to those imposed by credit card companies. As a result, we reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be verified.
Checks
Checks and money orders must clear before an order can be filled.
Purchase Orders
Government agencies, including state sponsored schools, can choose “Government Purchase Order” as the method of payment. Other entities may call or write to request a credit application.
Wire Transfer
Payment by wire transfer is most often used for international orders, as we do not accept internationally billed credit cards. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, instructions and the total charge including a $15 transfer fee will be sent by e-mail once the order has been reviewed. Our bank is very good about notifying us of a receipt by wire receipt. Wire transfer orders often ship the same day the order is placed.
- If cookies are not enabled on your web browser, you will only be able to put one item into the shopping cart at a time. In order to add additional items to the shopping cart, you must have Internet cookies enabled. Cookies are required for any shopping cart to operate properly.
